Moon Kissed Jewels & More | Custom Sublimation Products

1. Introductory Pricing & Promotion

All advertised introductory prices for our custom sublimation tumblers and mugs are valid through October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Prices are subject to change beginning November 1, 2026, without further notice. Promotional pricing applies only to eligible orders placed and paid for during the promotional period.

Prices vary by product size and style. Additional charges may apply for complex artwork, photo collages, specialty designs, and other customization requests. Any additional design charges will be disclosed before payment.

2. Customization & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, dates, photographs, logos, and personalization instructions.

Digital design proofs may be provided when applicable. Once a customer approves a proof, Moon Kissed Jewels & More is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

Design changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

3. Product Appearance & Availability

Because our products are individually customized, slight variations in color, image placement, and finished appearance may occur.

Colors displayed on electronic devices may differ from the final sublimated product.

Tumbler and mug sizes, styles, and availability are subject to change. Product images are examples of available customization possibilities and do not guarantee identical results.

4. Customer-Provided Images & Copyright

Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to use any photographs, logos, artwork, or other materials submitted for customization.

Moon Kissed Jewels & More reserves the right to decline designs that may infringe intellectual property rights or are otherwise inappropriate.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products

Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, all custom sales are final, except where required by applicable law or covered by our damaged-item policy.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Eligible claims will be reviewed for repair, replacement, or another remedy as required by applicable law and our store policies.

6. Care Instructions

Hand washing is recommended for all sublimated products. Do not microwave stainless steel tumblers. Avoid abrasive cleaning products, excessive heat, and harsh scrubbing.

Dishwasher and microwave suitability for ceramic mugs depends on the specific product.

Damage caused by improper care or misuse is not covered under our standard damage policy.

7. Order Processing & Shipping

Custom products require preparation and production time before shipping. Estimated processing and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control may occur. Applicable customer rights remain unaffected.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have been provided access to the product details, pricing, customization requirements, and applicable store policies.

Customers are encouraged to review all information carefully before completing their purchase.
